Tell ChatGPT what a good reply looks like
Copy it into ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Copilot and replace every [BLANK] with your own details.
Write my reply to Denise. Tone: calm, kind and plain-spoken, like a small independent agency that knows her. Apologize once for leaving her without a clear answer. Answer all three of her questions clearly: when Harbor Mutual will pay, whether a rental is covered, and whether her rate will go up. Keep it under 200 words. No subject line, since it's a reply in the same thread. **Don't invent details or promise anything that isn't in the facts.**
It goes under the thread and your numbered facts. The last line matters most.
Businesses and people in the examples are made up. The steps, screens and wording come from the free lesson and the Stepthrough glossary and prompt library.
