Turn Talk Into Work: Voice and Meetings AI
Updated
For consultants, account managers, HR and operations staff who live in calls, this is free, hands-on meeting AI training. You practise each step in a practice copy of the real tool, such as ChatGPT, Wispr Flow or n8n, in your browser, so nothing touches your real accounts or recordings, and you can start without signing up. The payoff is less typing and no lost action items. You start with how transcription and speaker diarization work and what to check in a transcript. Then you dictate an email and a prompt with Wispr Flow, turn a transcript into decisions and a follow-up email in ChatGPT, and pull themes and quotes from customer interviews with Speak AI. Next you check CoHear notes from a training session and get private help on a client call with OLVA. Last, n8n puts every action item in a Google Sheet.
Work through them in order: each step builds on the one before it, and every module runs in a practice copy of Stepthrough, Wispr Flow, ChatGPT, Speak AI, CoHear, OLVA and n8n right in your browser. It is free, and no experience is needed.

Frequently asked questions
- Is there free hands-on training for AI meeting notes and transcription?
- Yes. The Voice and Meetings AI path has eight free lessons, from how transcription works to minutes, interview themes and action items that file themselves. You practise in a practice copy of each tool in your browser, so nothing touches your real recordings or accounts.
- Do I need an account to take the Voice and Meetings AI path?
- No. Every lesson runs in a practice copy of the tool inside Stepthrough, so you need no ChatGPT, Wispr Flow or n8n account and no card, and you can start without signing up. The path takes about 81 minutes. Start with how AI transcription works.
- How does AI transcription work?
- A speech recognition model writes the most likely words with timestamps, speaker diarization splits them by voice, and AI then writes summaries and action items from the transcript.
- What is speaker diarization?
- The step that works out who spoke when, labelling each voice. You add the names and check spots where people talked over each other.
- What should I check in an AI transcript?
- Names, numbers, dates and jargon, which is where errors cluster, plus the speaker labels and any quote you plan to repeat.
- Do I need to code?
- No for most modules. The last two use n8n, which is visual but needs connected accounts and an API key.
