Human in the loop: A person reviews, edits or approves the AI's work before it takes effect. The AI does the slow part, like drafting a reply; a human clicks Send.

The worst it can do: a draft you never send

In the AI Email Responder lesson, the Gmail tool is set to Draft. Each reply waits under the customer's email until you send it.

Where to put the human

Where work leaves the business: sending, paying, publishing, deleting.
Make the AI's limits structural (a drafts-only tool), not just a line in the prompt.
Tell reviewers what to check, such as prices, dates and anything promised.
