If you work in marketing, take Prompt Writing 101 first. It takes 8 minutes in ChatGPT, and the four-part prompt it teaches (Role, Context, Task, Format) is the same structure every later lesson in this path uses, from replies to agent instructions. After that, the path moves from writing with ChatGPT to building agents in n8n and a signup form in Lovable.
The path is five free lessons, about 56 minutes in all, and each runs in a practice copy of the real tool.
Which lesson should you take first?
Start with Prompt Writing 101, because a marketer who can brief ChatGPT well gets usable copy on the first try instead of the fifth.
The order: two ChatGPT lessons for writing (8 and 9 minutes), two n8n agents that save work to Google Sheets (12 minutes each), then a Lovable form wired to n8n (15 minutes).
What do you build in Prompt Writing 101?
You ask ChatGPT for the same customer email twice and see why structure wins. The vague prompt, Write an email to my customers about our new service., comes back long and generic, with blanks like [Your Company Name].
Then you rebuild it with Paste role, Paste context, Paste task and Paste format for Summit Lawn Care, a made-up lawn company, and the answer comes back short and specific. You finish by saving the prompt as a template in a Prompt Templates Google Doc, with [BUSINESS], [SERVICE] and [DETAILS] left blank. After this lesson you can write a brief that works for an announcement, a social post or an ad.
Why does a marketer need the customer reply lesson?
Marketing copy gets you replies, and replies are where AI is most likely to promise something you can't deliver. Reply Faster: Customer Emails teaches the habit that protects you: give ChatGPT a numbered list of facts and make it check its own draft against them.
In a made-up bakery's order thread, you paste the thread, facts and instructions, then click Paste check for a table of every promise and the fact behind it. One allergy line doesn't match, and Paste fix corrects it. It takes 9 minutes, and afterward you can answer a campaign reply or a comment without overpromising.
What do you build in the first n8n lesson?
You build an agent for BrightPath Marketing, a made-up agency, that writes social post ideas and saves them to a Google Sheet. AI Social Media Idea Agent takes 12 minutes.
You add a trigger with On chat message, an AI Agent with a System Message, an OpenAI Chat Model set to gpt-5-mini, Simple Memory, and a Google Sheets Tool set to Append Row. The sheet, Social Media Ideas, has five columns: Platform, Post Topic, Hook, Description and Call to Action. Afterward you know what each part of an agent does.
Why build a second agent right after the first?
The AI Campaign Calendar Agent uses the same parts, so the second build goes faster and you can focus on the rules. In 12 minutes, an agent for Harbor & Pine Coffee Roasters, a made-up coffee brand, turns one campaign theme into a two-week calendar in a Campaign Calendar sheet with Date, Channel, Topic, Draft Copy and Status.
The system prompt is the real lesson for a marketer: no more than two emails a week, only offers you supply, never an invented discount, no health claims, no invented reviews. Every row is saved as "Draft" so a person reviews it first. Afterward you can write brand rules an agent will follow.
What does the Lovable lesson add?
It puts your work in front of real visitors. In AI Lead Magnet Signup Form, you build a "Get the free guide" form in Lovable for Harbor & Pine, then connect it to n8n with an On webhook call trigger.
When someone clicks Send Me the Guide, the agent tags the lead with one segment, such as New to Brewing or Gift Buyer, saves it to a Leads sheet with Name, Email, Interest and Brew Method, and emails a short welcome with the guide through the Gmail Tool. It takes 15 minutes, and afterward you can capture, sort and welcome signups without copying anything by hand.
What pace is realistic, and what accounts do you need?
Do the two ChatGPT lessons in one sitting, then one n8n or Lovable lesson a day. The practice versions need no accounts.
To build the same things for real:
- Lessons 1 and 2 need only ChatGPT, which has a free plan and paid plans.
- Lessons 3 and 4 need an n8n account, which offers a free trial and paid n8n Cloud plans, or you can self-host n8n. They also need an OpenAI API key, which is pay-as-you-go and billed separately from any ChatGPT plan.
- Lesson 5 adds a Lovable account, which has a free tier and paid plans, plus Google access for Sheets and Gmail.
Check each vendor's pricing page, since plans change.

Prompt Writing 101: Role, Context, Task, Format. Ask ChatGPT for the same customer email twice, once vaguely and once with a four-part prompt, and see exactly why structure gets a better answer. You do every step yourself in a practice copy of ChatGPT, it checks your work as you go, and “Do it for me” finishes any step you get stuck on. Free, and nothing touches your real accounts.

What should a marketer never hand to AI?
Never let AI decide what you claim, who you may email, or what customers said about you. AI drafts; a person checks facts and rules before anything is published or sent.
- Claims. No made-up results, statistics, health claims or discounts. If you can't point to the fact, cut the line.
- Consent and unsubscribes. AI can't tell who agreed to hear from you. Only email people who signed up, include a working unsubscribe link, and follow the email and privacy rules where you and your subscribers are. Ask an attorney if you're unsure.
- Reviews and testimonials. Never have AI write fake reviews or invent customer quotes. Ask real customers instead.
A privacy note: lead lists are personal data. Don't paste full lists into a chat, mask names and emails when testing a prompt, and check your plan's data controls before you share customer information with any AI tool.
Key takeaways
- Marketers should take Prompt Writing 101 first, because its four-part prompt is the basis for every later lesson.
- The five-lesson path takes about 56 minutes and moves from ChatGPT to n8n agents to a Lovable form.
- The two ChatGPT lessons need only ChatGPT; the n8n and Lovable lessons need their own accounts and a pay-as-you-go OpenAI API key.
- Brand rules in a system prompt, such as "never invent a discount", keep agent output on brand.
- A person checks every claim, every recipient list and every review before anything goes out.
Frequently asked questions
- Do I need to know how to code to finish this path?
No. The ChatGPT lessons are copy and paste, the n8n lessons connect blocks on a canvas, and Lovable builds the form from a written prompt.
- Can I skip the BrightPath agent and go straight to the campaign calendar?
You can, since both use the same parts. Building the simpler agent first makes the second one easier to follow.
- Will the agents post to social media for me?
Not in these lessons. The agents save ideas and calendar rows to Google Sheets as drafts, and a person reviews and publishes them.
