Submit your AI tool to the Stepthrough AI tools directory

Listing is free. Email rbreen@ynteractive.com with your tool’s name, website, a one-line description, its category and a contact. We review submissions in about a week, and selected tools also get a free, hands-on Stepthrough lesson.
The AI tools directory lists 632 AI tools for office work in 23 categories. It is read by people in accounting, sales, HR, legal, marketing, operations and support who want to find the right tool for one job and learn it fast.
What to send
- Name of the tool, as you write it
- Website: the official homepage (no affiliate or tracking links)
- One-line description: what it does for an office worker
- Category: one of the categories below
- Contact: a name and email we can reach with questions
What we list
- A real, live product with a working official website that a new user can sign up for or buy.
- Useful to white-collar work: office, sales, finance, HR, legal, marketing, operations, support or similar.
- Uses AI in a way that matters to what the tool does.
- Clear public information about what it does and how it handles customer data.
- Fits one of the directory categories.
We write every listing ourselves, check it against your own site, and may shorten or reword your description. We do not list tools that are not yet available, or tools for gambling, adult content or deceptive practices.
What happens after you submit
- We open your site and check the details, usually within a week.
- Your tool gets a card on its category page, with a link to your official site.
- With enough checked detail and a related lesson or guide, it gets its own page: features, who it is for, a privacy note and alternatives.
- For selected tools we build a free, hands-on lesson where learners do a real task in your tool.

- Does it cost anything to be listed?
- No. Listing in the Stepthrough AI tools directory is free, and no tool can pay for a listing or a better position.
- How long does the review take?
- Usually about a week. We open your site, check what the tool does and write the listing in plain words. If we have a question, we email the contact you gave.
- Will my tool get its own page?
- Every accepted tool gets a card on its category page. A tool gets its own page, with features, who it is for, a privacy note and alternatives, once we have enough checked detail and at least one related Stepthrough lesson or guide.
- Do you build lessons for listed tools?
- For selected tools, yes: we build a free, hands-on Stepthrough lesson where learners do a real office task in the tool, step by step. We pick tools that fit our white-collar learners best.
- How do I update or remove my listing?
- Email rbreen@ynteractive.com from your company address with the change, and we update the listing.
