Who it's for
- You finished a lesson and want it working for real. The practice copy taught you the steps; now you want the Custom GPT, the n8n workflow or the Copilot agent live in your own account, with your data.
- You have one task that eats your week. A report, an inbox, a hand-off between two tools, a document you rewrite every month. We pick the tool and automate it in the hour.
- You are the "AI person" at work by accident. Your team expects you to know this. A private hour gets you ahead of the questions, without asking them in public.
- You want a second pair of eyes. You built something, it half works, and you want someone who does this every day to look at it with you.
What a session looks like
One hour, one task, no slides.
- Before: you email what you want to get done and which tool (or "not sure"). Robert reads it and, if a Stepthrough lesson covers part of it, sends the link so the basics are out of the way.
- First 10 minutes: you show the real task: the spreadsheet, the inbox, the form, the report. We agree what "done" looks like for this hour.
- The middle 40: we build it in your account, step by step, you at the keyboard where possible. Prompts, workflow nodes, settings, the lot. Robert explains why each step is there, so you can change it later.
- Last 10 minutes: we test it on a second real example, write down the steps, and note what to do next on your own (or in another session).
- After: you get the notes, any prompts or workflow files from the session, and a week of email follow-up for "it stopped working" questions.
Tools people bring most: ChatGPT (Custom GPTs, Projects, data analysis), Microsoft Copilot in Outlook, Excel and Teams, n8n and Make automations, Gemini in Google Sheets and Docs, Lovable apps, Power BI. Any tool with a lesson on the courses page or in the AI tools directory is fair game.
How to book
- Send one email. The button below opens it with the questions filled in: the tool, what you want done, and two or three times that work for you (with your time zone).
- Get a time and a payment link. Robert replies within one business day with a Google Meet invite and a card payment link for $85. Pay before the session.
- Show up with the real thing. The actual file, inbox or account. Nothing is prepared "for demo".
$85/hour, billed per session. Reschedule or cancel free up to 24 hours before. If the first fifteen minutes show it isn't a fit, we stop and you are not charged. Sessions are in English. Prefer to email directly? rbreen@ynteractive.com.
Questions
Is this different from the free lessons and office hours?
Yes. Every lesson on Stepthrough stays free, and the Wednesday office hours stay free. A session is private time on your own work, in your own accounts, at your pace.
Which tools can we work on?
Any tool with a lesson on Stepthrough: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, n8n, Make, Zapier, Lovable, Power BI, Excel and Google Sheets with AI, and the partner tools in the AI tools directory. If your tool is not in the catalog, ask; it usually works.
Do I need anything set up first?
A computer with a webcam or microphone, Google Meet, and a login for the tool you want to use. If you have not picked a tool yet, say what you want to get done and we choose one together in the first ten minutes.
How do I pay?
After we agree a time, you get a card payment link with the calendar invite. Pay before the session. If you need to cancel, do it 24 hours ahead and the payment is refunded or moved.
