- A private live workshopUsually 90 minutes to half a day, on Google Meet or your video tool. Robert builds the real thing on screen with your team's own examples: the weekly report, the customer email, the intake form, the hand-off between two systems.

- Practice seats for everyoneEach person gets the matching Stepthrough modules assigned, so they repeat every step in a safe practice copy before and after the session. Progress is visible to the team lead.
- A certificate per personEveryone who finishes the workshop and their modules gets a Stepthrough certificate with their name, the modules and the date, ready for LinkedIn or the HR file.
- Follow-upThe recording, the prompts and workflow files from the session, and four weeks of priority access to Robert's weekly office hours for "it stopped working" questions.

- Your team does the free modules first. So the workshop starts at "let's build ours", not "what is a prompt".
- The workshop. Live, hands-on, on your examples. Cameras optional, keyboards not.
- Certificates and follow-up. Certificates go out when the modules are done; office hours cover the first month of questions.

How many people?
Three to about twenty-five per workshop. Larger teams run as two or more groups so everyone gets hands-on time.
Is it live or recorded?
Live, on Google Meet or your video tool, with your screen and theirs. You get the recording afterwards. Each person also gets the matching Stepthrough practice modules to repeat on their own.
Do people get a certificate?
Yes. Everyone who finishes the workshop and the assigned practice modules gets a Stepthrough certificate with their name, the modules and the date.
