Signatoro Tutorial: Signatoro Jump Start
A free Signatoro tutorial: save one email signature in Signatoro, generate an API key, and make every AI-drafted reply in Zapier and Make carry the sender's real, current signature instead of one the AI made up.
Signatoro Tutorial: Signatoro Jump Start is a free, hands-on AI course for office managers, front-desk teams and small-business owners who send email from Zapier, Make or an AI assistant and want every message signed the same, correct way: 2 short modules (about 30 minutes in all) where you do each step yourself in a safe practice copy of Zapier and Make, which checks your work. No coding, no cost, and you can start without signing up.
Who it’s for: Office managers, front-desk teams and small-business owners who send email from Zapier, Make or an AI assistant and want every message signed the same, correct way. No coding needed; some Zapier or Make basics help.
Why this course
Signatoro (signatoro.com) is an email signature platform for people and AI agents. You build one signature, save it, and every tool that sends email for you fetches the current version through Signatoro's API: a Get Signature step in Zapier, or one HTTP request in Make and n8n. Automations that send through the Gmail API do not get the signature saved in Gmail's settings, and an AI asked to sign can get the name or number wrong.
This Jump Start follows a made-up family dental practice whose patient coordinator wants warm, personal replies drafted by ChatGPT and signed with her real signature. You build it twice: in Zapier, where Signatoro's own app adds the signature and Gmail saves a draft reply for a person to check, and in Make, where an HTTP module fetches it from the API. The Signatoro and Zapier screens are real captures, October 2026, and Signatoro's founder tested the Make steps and shared the blueprint.

Zapier: ChatGPT Drafts Every Reply, Signatoro Signs It

- Module 2 · Make · Intermediate · ~18 min
Add AI to Make: ChatGPT Writes a Personal Reply, Gmail Sends It
Connect OpenAI to your Make scenario, have ChatGPT write a personal reply from each patient's form answers, add the sender's real Signatoro signature, and send it with Gmail.

What is Signatoro?
Signatoro (signatoro.com) keeps one email signature for people, teams and AI agents. Email apps, Zapier, Make, n8n and AI agents fetch the current signature through its API, so it is the same everywhere.
Why not let ChatGPT write the signature?
A signature is a fact, not writing, and a model asked to sign can get the name, title or phone number wrong. The AI writes the message; a Signatoro step adds the saved signature after it.
Is this an official Signatoro course?
No. Signatoro is a Stepthrough partner, and this is our own course. Signatoro's founder built the Zapier app, invited us to its beta, and tested the Make steps.
What do I need before I start Signatoro Tutorial: Signatoro Jump Start?
Only a web browser for the practice: it runs in a copy of each tool's screens, so you need no account and no sign-up to start module 1.
