Olum: See If ChatGPT and Google AI Recommend Your Business
If your buyers ask AI assistants for recommendations, a tool like this can show you which of their questions the AI answers with someone else, so you know what to fix first.
What happened
Olum (olum.ai) describes itself as “AI agents that make your business easier to discover.” Its home page says AI is the first thing that reads your website, and that Olum makes sure it understands you and recommends you. These are the company’s own words. The company lays out five stages: read your site, listen where buyers ask, check the AI answers, draft what is missing, and publish once you approve. Olum says it finds problems that stop AI from reading a site, such as slow server responses, text that only arrives by JavaScript, missing structured data and robots rules that turn AI crawlers away, and gives a fix for each. That is the company’s claim; we saw its schema and site checks on our own site, not every check. Source: Olum home page (October 17, 2026).

What it means for an office team
The problem is simple to state: buyers ask ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity or Google’s AI answers “best X for Y”, and the AI replies with a short list. If you are not on it, you are invisible to that buyer, and nothing in your analytics shows it.
In our test on learn.ynteractive.com, Olum tracked five buyer questions, and Claude and Google AI Overviews scored 0% on all of them. We added our own question, re-ran the check, and read the coverage gaps, buyer signals and FAQ schema drafts. We did not click Fix this gap or Add Schema, so we cannot say what they produce. Results differ per site.
