Coefficient: Pull Live Pipeline Data into Google Sheets and Keep It Fresh
If you copy a pipeline or a report out of another system by hand every week, this add-on can pull it into your sheet and refresh it, as long as you check which plan includes the refresh you need.
What happened
Coefficient (coefficient.io) describes itself as “a no-code data platform” that connects live business data to Google Sheets and Excel for real-time reporting, AI dashboards and automated workflows. Its home page names CRMs such as HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive, marketing tools such as GA4 and Mailchimp, and databases such as Snowflake, PostgreSQL, MySQL and BigQuery among its connectors, and claims “150+ Integrations”. It lists several AI agents, including an Import Agent that keeps a spreadsheet in sync, a Monitoring Agent that alerts you when a condition is met, a Dashboard Agent and a Sheets Assistant. Coefficient says it is trusted by more than 700,000 go-to-market teams, which is the company’s own figure. Source: Coefficient home page (October 16, 2026).

What it means for an office team
The problem is a familiar Monday job: a sales manager copies the team pipeline into the weekly report by hand, the numbers are stale by Tuesday and a deal shows at the wrong stage. Coefficient imports the data into a sheet and can refresh it on a schedule, so the report reads from the source.
The most basic use is to practise on a copy of the data first. In our test we imported a sheet of 12 made-up deals into a new Weekly Sales Report, kept all six columns and chose a daily 9:00 AM refresh. We did not create an alert, so we cannot say how alerts behave. Compare the first import with the source before you send a report from it, and read what Google asks you to allow when you authorize Drive access.
