This course starts with a five-minute map of an Airia agent and Airia’s safety features, then builds two agents in a practice copy of Airia, walked through in a real Airia account first. This is my own course, not an official Airia course.
What you’ll build
- Module 1: Three explainer sheets: what an Airia agent is made of, which office jobs suit one, and how Airia keeps agents safe.
- Module 2: You are Sam, client service lead at Brightwell Accounting, a made-up tax and bookkeeping firm. You create a Client Onboarding Assistant in Airia, keep the GPT-5 Nano model, and paste instructions that list what new clients send, where files go and one rule: never ask for or accept Social Security numbers, bank logins or card numbers in chat or email.
- Module 3: You are Maya, HR manager at Northwind Partners, a made-up 60-person company. In Airia you add the Northwind Employee Handbook as a data source with a clear name and description, upload the file, and build an HR Policy Agent that answers only from it, in three sentences or fewer, and names the section it used.
- Module 4: An Evaluation in Airia with your agent, two test cases (one the handbook answers, one it must hand to HR) and the Airia default evaluator with a small judge model.

An HR agent that answers 60 people is only useful if its answers are the handbook answers. One wrong benefits or vacation answer, delivered politely, creates a problem HR has to clean up, and people stop trusting the tool.
