AI Presentations & Client Decks
Go from research and rough notes to a finished client presentation, proposal deck or investor pitch in an afternoon, not a week.
AI Presentations & Client Decks is a free, hands-on AI course for consultants, agency staff, founders and managers who build proposals, pitches and review decks: 7 short modules (about 1 hour in all) where you do each step yourself in a safe practice copy of Claude, Gamma, Presentations.AI, Runable and other tools, which checks your work. No coding, no cost, and you can start without signing up.
Who it’s for: Consultants, agency staff, founders and managers who build proposals, pitches and review decks.
Why this course
A good deck takes most people a day or more: research, an outline, then hours of moving boxes around on slides. For a small firm that is a day of billable time gone, and a proposal that lands after a competitor’s.
This course covers the whole deck, start to finish. You research the client’s market with sources, turn a client question into a written brief, build a presentation from your notes, turn sales notes into a quarterly review deck, turn a messy client brief into a proposal deck, shape a one-page plan into an investor pitch, and finally let a workflow make the kickoff deck straight from the meeting.
The payoff: proposals out the same day and first drafts that already look finished, so your time goes on the thinking only you can do. Each module uses the tool that does that step best.
What you’ll build
- Module 2: For Lantern Street Marketing, a made-up agency pitching Alder Creek Physical Therapy next week: a cited scan of four physical therapy clinics near Riverton Heights, comparing online booking, self-pay evaluation price, evening and weekend hours, and specialty. The town, clinics, websites and every price are made up.
- Module 4: You help Dana Whitfield, the sales manager at Brightwell Office Supply, a made-up company, build her Q3 2026 sales review for leadership.
- Module 6: You help Dana, co-founder of Ledgerly, a made-up bookkeeping startup. You paste her one-page plan into Slidebean’s Pitch deck with AI and get a 13-slide draft.
- Module 7: A recap with decisions, an action items table and open questions. Four rows in a Google Sheet called Kickoff Action Items with the columns Meeting, Owner, Task, Due date and Status. And a five-slide kickoff deck.
- Module 1 · Stepthrough · Beginner · ~2 min
Start Here: How Stepthrough Works
Welcome to Stepthrough: you learn AI by doing it, on practice copies of real app screens, free and with no risk to your real accounts. Your first practice takes under two minutes.
- Module 2 · Claude · Beginner · ~7 min
Research: a Cited Scan of a Prospect's Market
The strongest pitch starts with what the prospect’s competitors already do online: who takes bookings on the website, who publishes prices, who is open evenings, and what each one is known for. Checking every competitor’s website by hand takes an afternoon.
- Module 3 · Gamma · Intermediate · ~9 min
A Presentation from Your Notes in 5 Minutes (Gamma)
Paste rough meeting notes into Gamma, pick a theme, fix one slide by chatting with its AI, and export the deck to PowerPoint and PDF.
- Module 4 · Presentations.AI · Beginner · ~12 min
Presentations.AI: Build a Quarterly Sales Review Deck from Your Notes
Every quarter a sales manager rebuilds the same review deck for leadership: revenue against target, top accounts, lost deals, next quarter's plan. The layout barely changes, but copying the numbers in by hand eats an afternoon.
- Module 5 · Runable · Beginner · ~16 min
Turn a Messy Client Brief into a Finished Proposal Deck using Runable
A business case for a small agency: price what a slow proposal costs, then use Runable, an AI agent, to turn a messy client email into a finished six-slide proposal deck on the free plan. Check your credits, paste the brief, answer its questions, pick a template, review the numbers and fix the blanks by asking.
- Module 6 · Slidebean · Beginner · ~9 min
Turn a One-Page Business Plan into an Investor-Ready Deck using Slidebean
A founder with a seed meeting next week usually has the plan on one page, but no deck. A designer takes a week and a few thousand dollars. A blank template takes a weekend.
- Module 7 · n8n · Intermediate · ~14 min
Meeting to Action: Recap, Tracker Rows and a Kickoff Deck (ChatGPT, n8n, Gamma)
You just ran a kickoff meeting. You have a page of rough notes and three jobs: a recap with owners and dates, a tracker your team can tick off, and a short deck for the client.
