Presentations.AI: Turn Prompts and Documents Into Branded Decks

If you build the same kinds of decks again and again, this tool tries to turn a prompt or a document into a branded first draft you then edit, instead of starting from a blank slide.

What happened

Presentations.AI (presentations.ai) describes itself as an AI presentation platform that takes you “from concept to presentation-ready deck,” starting from a topic, notes, PDFs, Word or Google Docs, URLs or Excel files. Its Brand Sync feature pulls your logo, fonts and colors from a website address you paste in, and decks can be exported as editable .pptx files for PowerPoint or Google Slides. The site says decks are structured differently for investor pitches, sales decks and board presentations, and that master templates can refresh from connected data on a daily, weekly or monthly schedule, with integrations listed such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Sheets and Snowflake. For larger teams it lists real-time co-editing, workspaces with permissions, a REST API, webhooks, Zapier and Make connections, and says it is SOC 2 Type II certified and GDPR compliant. The company says it is “trusted by over 12 million customers” and that a finished deck takes “under a minute”; those are its own claims, and it publishes no quality or accuracy measurements. Who gets it, and what it costs

What it means for an office team

The problem is familiar in any office: a proposal, a board update or a sales deck needs a full set of slides by tomorrow, and most of the time goes to layout and formatting rather than thinking. Presentations.AI’s pitch is to produce a branded first draft from the notes or document you already have.

The safe way to use it is as a drafting step. Paste your notes or a source document, let it build the deck, then read every slide and fix any number, name or claim it got wrong before it reaches a client. The deck carries your name, so the checking is still your job.

Try it: the stepthrough

This is Stepthrough’s own practice copy, built from real Presentations.AI screens captured in October 2026 on a free account. You turn a short brief and your quarterly numbers into a 7-slide sales review deck, then check every number on it: in our run, the chart showed Q1 and Q2 revenue we never gave it. Brightwell Office Supply and its numbers are made up, and your deck will be different. It is not an official Presentations.AI course.
