Akiflow: A Time-Blocking Planner for Tasks, Calendars and an AI Assistant

If tasks land in your email, Slack and meetings all day, this tool pulls them into one list and helps you give each one a slot on your calendar.

What happened

Akiflow (akiflow.com) describes itself as “one app for tasks & calendars powered by AI,” built around a task inbox, a synced calendar and time blocking. The site lists a Universal Inbox for collecting tasks, Smart Time Slots, automatic scheduling that keeps you in control, Focus Time, Goals, Daily Rituals, and offline and dark modes. Its AI assistant, Aki, takes voice commands, sends daily briefings and reminders and gives nudges to keep you on your goals; phone calls are marked “coming soon.” Akiflow says it has “10+ native integrations” plus thousands more through Zapier and IFTTT, names iOS and Android apps, and says it is backed by Y Combinator. The site says you can “save hours every week” but does not put a number on it or publish any measurement. Source: Akiflow home page (October 16, 2026).

Who gets it, and what it costs

No free plan; 7-day trial, then Pro at $34 a month billed monthly or $19 a month billed yearly ($228 a year), as listed on Akiflow’s pricing page on October 16, 2026.

What it means for an office team

The problem is that work arrives in many places: a request in email, a promise in a Slack thread, an action item in a meeting. Akiflow’s approach is to bring them into one inbox and make you decide when each one will actually happen on your calendar.

The most basic use is a daily plan. Collect everything you owe, give each item a time block, and let the assistant remind you. Review what it scheduled before you rely on it, since an automatic plan can miss a deadline or a meeting only you know about. Because there is no free plan, use the 7-day trial on a real week before you pay.

How to try it

  1. Go to akiflow.com and start the 7-day trial. The pricing page says a credit card is required, and the subscription starts after the trial unless you cancel, so set a reminder before day 7.
  2. Bring in what you owe for one real week: requests from email, promises from Slack and action items from meetings, all into the one inbox.
  3. Give each task a time block on your calendar and let the assistant remind you.
  4. At the end of the week, check what it scheduled for missed deadlines or meetings only you know about, then decide whether to keep Pro.
