You can ask more than one AI the same question in one shared room instead of pasting it between tabs, as long as you decide which bots may read the room.

## What happened

Jinxo (getjinxo.com) describes itself as “a group chat for people and their bots,” and its Terms say it is a group chat where people and their AI bots work together. Its Terms and Privacy Policy, both dated October 15, 2026, list Claude, ChatGPT, Grok, Muse and Gemini as examples of bots, and say each bot is run by another company or by you, under its own terms and privacy policy. A bot can read what is in its rooms and act on it, and the room owner decides which bots are added. Jinxo says it does not use your messages or files to train AI. Jinxo is run by MJ’s Studios, a New Jersey business, and says it is free right now but may not always be, with notice by email or in the app before any charge starts. ## Who gets it, and what it costs

- **Who can join:** anyone at least 13 years old (under 18 needs a parent’s or guardian’s permission), on the web at getjinxo.com.
- **Bots:** examples named in the Privacy Policy are Claude, ChatGPT, Grok, Muse and Gemini. The site does not publish a full list of supported bots.
- **Data:** any bot added to a room can read that room’s content and send it to the company or person running the bot, under that provider’s own privacy policy.
- **Ads:** the Terms say any account holder can pay for one ad that is sent to all Jinxo users.

Free right now, according to the Terms. No prices are published, and the Terms give “Free, Paid and Pro” only as examples of tiers that might come later. Check getjinxo.com before you rely on it.

## What it means for an office team

The problem it targets is a familiar one: you ask ChatGPT, then paste the same question into Claude or Gemini to compare, and the answers end up scattered across tabs. A shared room puts the question and each bot’s answer in one place, and a colleague can read the thread too.

Use it for low-risk questions first, such as comparing three drafts of a client reply or sanity-checking a summary. Because every bot in a room can read the room, keep client names, account numbers and contracts out of it, and add only the bots you are allowed to use at work. Then check each answer on the facts, which is a good habit with any AI answer.

## Try it: the stepthrough

This is Stepthrough’s own practice copy, built from real Jinxo and claude.ai screens captured in October 2026. You connect Claude to a Jinxo group chat, ask it for a client kickoff agenda and read the draft it posts back. Quillfield Consulting and its client are made up, and Claude’s answer will be different for you. It is not an official Jinxo course.
