The whole guide is written out below. ## The mistake Quoting a new customer in **the old customer's chat** An office manager finishes a quote for Oakwood Library (made up), then keeps typing in the same chat for the next customer. The library's headcount, menu and prices are still in the chat, ready to leak into the next answer. ## Do this instead Same customer and building on the last answer: stay in the chat. New customer or new task: click New chat and give it only that job's facts. Businesses and people in the examples are made up (Oakwood Library is a made-up business).
