The whole guide is written out below. ## The guide in text Willow Bend Physical Therapy (made up) is hiring a Front Desk Lead. 5 steps. ## Step by step 1. ### Copy the transcript In the Google Doc from the debrief, open Edit, choose Select all, then Edit and Copy. 2. ### Ask for a scorecard Name the four must-haves. Ask for Strong, Partial or Not discussed on each, with a short quote as evidence. 3. ### Set the rules Only what is in the transcript and about the must-haves. No guessing at age, family, health or religion. **Not stated** for a missing owner or date. 4. ### Fill the gaps yourself Two due dates say Not stated. Tell ChatGPT the dates and it updates the action items table. 5. ### Write the follow-up A short email inviting the candidate to the final interview, with only the next steps. Scores and pay talk stay inside the team. Businesses and people in the examples are made up (Willow Bend Physical Therapy is a made-up business).
