Never let AI decide what you offer. Discounts, prices, features, integrations, start dates and contract terms come from you or your manager, never from the model. - **No invented discounts.** If a discount isn't in the facts or the system message, it doesn't go in the email. - **No invented features.** "Yes, it does that" is a promise.
